Decent episode. I feel like we got some new info. The story advances.
What I think is odd is that Locke doesn’t suspect that ben might have some communication equipment hidden in his OWN basement!
Everytime I see this thread title I get that horrid Ray Parker Jr. song in my head. Make it stop, MAKE IT STOP!!! 
So will we ever see a flashback showing when Juliet got her hand-to-hand and weapons training? Maybe it was at the same seminar that made Ethan almost superhuman. (I think they teach a combination of martial arts and wordless, creepy staring techniques.)
Strangely, Elizabeth Mitchell (who plays Juliet) wonders the same thing. This is from a TV Guide interview. (Not a spoiler in my opinion but it contains the producers answer to the question so spoiling just in case.)
Some very superficial thoughts.
What a weird looking woman playing ‘Harper’(?) the shrink. She looked as though she suffered with an addiction to plastic surgery. And the name… Harpey was what I was thinking.
Secondly she was by any measurement a terrible therapist - and I really mean this. If (big if I know) she actually was a psychiatrist, where did she get supervision because her hissy fit was truly unprofessional and her opening shot -‘You’re not special’ was extraordinary.
Thirdly - the ‘Other Woman’ referred I guess to Juliet being an Other, and having an affair; therefore fitting the title. I think this was obvious, but it just hasn’t been said here as far as I can see.
Fourth I liked Clare getting assertive with Locke albeit unsuccessfully. It said something new about her for me.
Fifth and finally, this was the episode for Juliets boobies. We see her in a bikini (top anyway) totally gratuitously, then later when Ben takes her to Goodwin’s body she kneels next to him with camera angle showing maximum (available) cleavage with her asking ‘Why are you showing me this?’
I dont find her at all attractive, and agree that her smirk is irritating, so wondered why she was suddenly being drawn as Ursula Andress/Anita Ekberg figure?
From the above posts most people were watching Ben’s mincing rather than her twins, so maybe I’m focusing on the wrong info - it just jarred for me.

Yeah, Juliet is definitely packing lately. Then again, she’s been filling out tank tops (or whatever those sleeveless things are called when a woman wears them) for quite some time now.

Well, it hasn’t been mentioned but I think that the Red Sox tape makes the timing important. It’s the producer’s way of telling us that the footage of Widmore had been taken in the days since Jack was held captive, and before Ben was nabbed again (according to Lostpedia, somewhere between day 69 and 93). Not sure yet why this is important in the show’s timeline, but it probably will be.
Oh good point. I hadn’t thought of that, not that I have any clue what it means, but still. I was struck by it thinking, you’ve got a drawer full of passports, can fake entire airliner wreckages, but you’ve only got ONE fricking VHS tape laying around.
