Could you elaborate on why you feel this changes the “entire” meaining of the quote, or why it’s OK when Luke does it?

You know, I usually look at filmsite before all of our meetings but it never even occurred to me that CHL would be among his featured films. Didn’t even think to look.
Religious symbolism, a crucifix-like languishment in the case of the after-egg siesta, is prevalent throughout this movie. Lots to discuss there.
