Lunch meat questions

Two questions, because the line at the grocery store was so long, and I was so very bored:

Why don’t they sell roast pork as a lunch meat? They’ve got ham, but that’s not the same, and you’ve got roast beef, but no roast pork.

Why doesn’t smoked beef seem to exist? You’ve got smoked turkey, and smoked ham, but no smoked beef. What up with 'dat?

Smoked beef does exist…ever ate any jerky?
