Lupin movie: "Island of Assassins"

Just found this at the library, but can find no listing for it on IMDb.com. My 9-year-old son saw “Castle of Cagliostro” with me and we both really enjoyed it, but I know some Lupin movies have more violence and/or nudity than that. Is this one of them? Anything in particular about “Island” that wouldn’t be suitable for a 9-year-old boy?

Apparently made for TV in 1997. This review says it is appropriate for “13 up”. Another says it is appropriate for teenagers. A third review.
