So, Sentinel was banned. Who’d have thought it possible when I posted my plea to ban this fucker not one week ago, and people basicaly responded: “Well, assholes have a right to post too”.
It appears I am some sort of psychic 
Oh well. All’s well if the end’s well. SentiSerlin got banned, and the SDMB is a better place because of it. Of course he will be back in a few days, under a new name. Luckily, he is never able to hide his true nature for longer than a few weeks. We’ll spot him again, and he’ll be banned again. His modus operanid as well as his style of writing are easily detectable. And the IP checks should be a bit of a scare, although I don’t think someone as thick as Setrlin is actually taking that into consideration. After all, what else can a lonely prick like Serlin do?
He’ll be back, unfortunately.

My thread was actually an attempt to gather a lot of posters to chime in and say “Boy, that Serlin is REALLY an asshole” (Hell, let’s call it “research”, while we’re at it ;)). Which worked, albeit partially. The desired effect (i.e. Serlin leaving on his own behalf) seems to have taken place now. I have no idea what the value of my thread in this was, but the more I read the OP of this thread, the more I think he’s just getting himself banned on purpose because he realises no amount of bullshit will get him credibility on these boards again.

Since it must have been pretty obvious that I am not exactly looking forward to receiving e-mail from this idiot, and since the fact that the nature of the e-mail is hostile to say the least, I feel it my moral obligation to share it with you.
The suspence is killing us, shitbag. A couple of things:
- Don’t send me e-mail anymore. They will all be published right here, and the next one means a complaint to AOL. How many accounts have you wasted already, Serlin?
- Please leave the psychological analysis to professionals.
- Visit said professionals for your own psychological health.
- If or when you return is irrelevant. We know you’ll try again, as you have done in the past. The research story isn’t fooling anyone. We also know how to spot you from distances up to a mile. So, don’t bother.

Yes, he is argumentative, hostile, controlling, easily threatened, intelligent and wishes to be a leader. But he is also perceptive, low in empathy but he does have good cognitive function. Sure, he’s self-assured, self-confident, active and might have some difficulty working well with those he perceives as inferior. But so far, Mark is the only one he really perceives as inferior.
