Mac Entourage Calendar Question

Details: MacBookPro 2.16 GHz dual core, 2 Gig RAM, Mac OSX Ver 10.5.8

( Admin- can you merge these first two posts into the OP I wanted to create? I mis-clicked, and hit Post so early on, that I timed out when I tried to fix in Edit. Thanks !! )

I use this machine for work and personal. The personal goes through the company Microsoft Enterprise Server. Mail works just fine no matter where I am. Calendar syncs perfect.

I wish to use a second calendar. There IS one- the personal emails live in Entourage under " On My Computer" folder, opposed to the business folders that live under " Toonies Company" folder with cute little icon that I think signifies a Microsoft Enterprise Server.

All well and good. I can enter calendar details into the personal Calendar. They live there and do not seem to migrate up into the business calendar when it syncs. This is key.

Here is the problem. I wish to use the calendar as a way of syncing personal events with my wife. If I am trying to send a calendar notify to a colleague on the Business side, I can do so. I hit " Invite " and an email is created with the Invite data in it.

HOWEVER, if I try to create an Invite email to send from the personal calendar, the only email address available to me to use as a Sent From email address is the business email on this machine. Neither of the two personal addresses on this machine are options. As they say in the Apple world, " That’s grayed out".

Why? Where do I find the options that allow me to designate OTHER email addresses as the Sent From choice for the personal calendar?

Really? Nobody is familiar with Entourage who might offer a thought?

Dang.

I’m not an Entourage expert (I don’t use it), but as I recall, Microsoft creates a “user profile” that determines what Address to use. Can you edit your profile to add additional email addresses?

Post this to the Erage forum on Mactopia - you’ll get an answer better than the one I can provide, which would be a guess.
