This is weird. Why would women in general not welcome it from a man they’re in a sexual relationship with?
I think the craziness-upon-craziness of Rob Ford has to take first place, even over Wiener’s entire career of stupidity. If you’re the mayor of a major city, and you defend your having used crack by saying that happened in one of those times when you were so drunk that you had no idea what you were doing…let’s just say that if I were one of his constituents, I’d prefer it if he’d just used crack sometime. The ‘periodically so drunk that he’d take crack without knowing what the hell he was doing’ part is far less reassuring.
And that was followed by comments about his sexual relationship with his wife, and wasn’t that followed by his wife alleging abuse? There are so many pieces of extreme stupidity in the Rob Ford story that it’s really hard to keep track of them all.
Why is Obamacare on this list? I mean, I get that healthcare.gov is a screwup. (And it still is. I tried it the other day. It’s a web site written by morons.) So that is justifiably infamous like the others.

Definitely Weiner. Ford is psychotic, and that’s different from stupid. Obamacare and Cruz are both politicians doing controversial political things, and that’s different from stupid. Miley Cyrus is getting a shitload of publicity,a nd for a celebrity that’s the opposite of stupid. Alec Baldwin? No goddamned idea.
The only one on the list that’s turned himself from a serious contender for political power into an unmitigated laughingstock is Weiner. Stupid stupid stupid.
Yeah. Obamacare? Doesn’t belong. It’ll be years before we can really know whether it was dumb. The Obamacare rollout? Definitely is a candidate.
People actually are surprised at this?
