How can you be a freemason and not have checked out Drain Bead? That makes little sense, please explain.
I’ll jump the line a bit and claim while Omi no Kami decides.
I’m a freemason.
I investigated:
Day 1 : peekercpa
Day 2 : RoOsh
Day 3 : Pollux Oil
Day 4 : Koldanar
Day 5 : Drain Bead
None of them were freemasons.
For that reason I am fairly convinced that Drain Bead is the Omega Wolf. I’m also very suspicious of Hawkeyeop’s failure to check him out Yesterday, and a little concerned by OAOW’s forgetting that the freemason power is used during the Day.
OK that’s enough for me. Looks like Hawkere is defo scum, but what flavor of scum.

I’m going to reserve full comment until we hear from Cookies, Pollux, and Zsofia regarding their roles. I think our next step should depend at least partly on the information we receive from them. But I’ll say:
Obviously, there is at least one and probably two scum among the four claimed Freemasons. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Hawkeyeop would claim to not have investigated Drain Bead; this makes NO sense, and strongly suggests scum on the spot for a good claim. It also suggests that whatever the lineup, he is NOT scum on the same side as DB if the latter is scum. He might be my preferred lynch for toDay, depending on the remaining results.
Wanderers’ failure to know how his power works was quite questionable.
And I don’t know if I believe NAF. Of all the roles in the game, two Magicians doesn’t seem terribly likely. But I suppose it’s possible.

Ok then, my turn…
I am a Vig. This is first time I’ve played this role, and I must say that it is hell on the nerves, especially with the whole suicide clause.
On Night 1 I turned in orders to take out NBC. On Night 4 I turned in orders to take out fluiddruid.
It will be interesting to see who actually killed NBC, seeing as we had both apparently picked up on his scummy bits (;D) that Night. Being so early in the game, and given story’s prowess at Mafia, I decided between a mixture of giving him the benefit of the doubt as to his Magician claim, and just keeping my head down and seeing how things went before deciding whether or not (and when) to toss out the possibility that story had been the one to kill NBC, and why I’d know that.
All that being said, I’m inclined to believe story’s Magician claim over NAF’s at this point. It could all be WiFoM, but story’s play strikes me as “townier” than NAF’s. And I don’t think we’d have two Magicians and two Vigs. The suicide clause was a major balancing force dictating very conservative Vig play.
As for the fluiddruid kill, I was getting restless and worried about not playing my role aggressively enough, and that I was stagnating in the fear of not getting a good read on someone and hitting a townie. This was exacerbated by us being able to lynch so effectively through the Days. So…I decided to go soul-searching in the lurker end of the pool, and my gut call was to hit fluiddruid. This decision gnawed at me greatly, and even though it seems to have turned out for the better, it was not a fun risk to take.
I can at least now say WOO FUCKING HOO!!!

Ooof, I had a tangerine-sized cyst and two walnut-sized ones a few months ago, and it hurt like a bitch. No surgery though, although it was touch and go there for a while. The two in the tubes would worry me more than anything else about future fertility. For the record, I’m preggo now, so it clearly didn’t affect mine in the least. Hope her recovery is easy!
As for the claims, I’m not buying quite a few of them. Maybe it’s that I have suspicions of Omi No Kami already, and I’m also concerned about Cookies trying to smudge story for endgame. But hawkeyeop is definitely the worst of the ones so far. Needless to say, I will be checking him out.
My problem is that I really want to vote OAOW, since he’s clearly lying scum, and I only have a hunch on anyone else. But it appears that everyone else has chosen not to play the WIFOM game at this point, and I suppose I can’t blame that decision. I don’t want to vote hawkeyeop when I can easily make absolutely certain of his scummitude very soon…ugh.
