All this talk about win conditions makes me suddenly wonder… I haven’t played enough games to know this, but can more than one person reach his or her “wincon”? I mean, could fubbles meet his wincon alongside with either Town or Scum players, or any other third party player?

I actually don’t even want to vote for you. I don’t think you’re scum, and even if you’re lying about the third party part, I generally prefer to keep you folks alive and friendly anyway. Town’s a lot easier to work with than scum since we have less to lose – it’s our big advantage in negotiating with neutrals. However, I do want to vote about five other people. Grarh.

And again, I think in light of the PM that Gad just revealed- one interesting thing that no one’s mentioned- it’s MOST money ALIVE OR DEAD.

I could easily see a player with that condition negotiating with scum to work with them just for the money, and even in death, still winning as long as they die with expensive items and enough money from other players or being bought off from scum.

The fact that you went silent on that part, but chose to attack the source of the quotes just makes me feel like that one might have struck too close to home for you.

the idea that you think I might have been able to amass enough wealth to fulfill such a win condition in only one Day (which you’ll notice I entirely missed) is laughable.

I’m leaving my vote where it is, but if the 1/2 price sale bothers everyone so much, consider it revoked. in fact, you can consider my services shut down entirely - if you have negotiated an item inspection with me, consider it cancelled and yourself free of any obligation to me as part of the negotiation.

if there is a wealth wincon, I’d recommend you all be weary of someone offering to buy/sell items, since other than outright stealing gold, there’s no other way to obtain it.

Either Red has a special role with particular damage modifiers or his attacker has a unique implement or particular damage modifiers. Or an unknown third option but until Red comes back or the attacker reveals themself, we can only guess.

If any of this is true or false, I don’t have the information required to confirm or deny.

Maybe that was the intent, but honestly if I was lurking (ie reading along, but not posting, which I have in the past done), I’d not likely miss a chance to vote or abstain, since that would be a detriment to me by not getting experience.

As long as I’m ruminating in public (how gauche!), I’m noticing some atypical behavior, from what little experience I’ve had with certain players. Silver Jan has been atypically silent, and ditto Guiri, at least today. Red Skeezix has a grand total of one post in this thread, and that was just questioning his 60hp loss. (Admittedly it’s actually a great question. Who attacked him, and why? Plus, most of the other hp losses were in multiples of 25 or pseudo-half of that (13). Why sixty for Red Skeezix?)

But I do believe that someone said: “Hey lets not randomly use our powers that do damage, because it might make it easier for scum to kill us off”. I disagree, from what I can tell, elementally aligned powers can give information about other players.

He posted once and I really need to see a lot more than that from him. When he’s all but disappeared lately in my experience, most of the time he’s been scum, and whether that’s fair or not it really bothers me to see it potentially happening again.

Baseless accusations. I’m only scum about 80% of the time.

Also, the amount of times I’ve been scum in previous games has no bearing on whether or not I’m scum now. By your own admission, you have never played with me as town (no idea if this is true or not), so you lack a reference point. Why go down that road?

I like Capitalizing words as I see fit, and also making up names as well. Like yours, you’re going to be BobA…, but I’ll throw in a random amount of Rs after your name. I don’t honestly care that much about your names to get it right.

But when it comes time for claims, i expect that people will say what they were on day 1, 2, …n and what they might have done during those times. And if there is a discrepancy, then there is a potential liar. More info = better.
