For the moment, at the beginning of the day:

vote Khameleon for the reasons I outlined in D3#1028 and D3#1041. I never got any response from him and I would like one.

It’s she, although it doesn’t really matter to me whether you think I’m a she, he or it.

I actually figured I would wait until Day to respond to you so it would be in the more current thread. I apologize for how I’ve quoted from the other thread, but I’m not sure the correct way to do it - the following are from the D3 thread - post numbers are included.

Thing Fish accused me of posting fluff, discussing game mechanics, and voting for Brewha on D2. I responded to these with reasonable explanations - I haven’t posted much at all, let alone fluff - I think the only fluffy thing I posted was about Star Trek DS9 maybe? The game mechanics were relevant and the discussion of them resulted in clarification. A LOT of people voted for Brewha who was caught in a lie. But I’m pretty sure I already said all this.

But it’s this line that makes you look suspicious.

This vote feels to me like it’s being cast by someone scummy who knows my alignment is
Town and has knowledge about me, possibly from an investigation or whatnot.

This makes no sense at all. Scum really couldn’t care less what alignment you are - they
need to kill everyone who isn’t on their team. And there’s nothing in his post that would suggest he somehow knows you’re Town rather than a cultist or a Mafioso.

Okay, I will admit I did not word this very well and that I also didn’t go back and check on the roles when I posted it. So yes, I made an assumption that I was investigated by Scum who then knew I was Town and whether or not I have a significant role (which I am not going to say). Thing Fish’s vote and reasons really felt to me like someone looking for a quiet place to put a bogus vote in order to remain under the radar and out of the larger voting pools. It was a feeling I had about his crappy justifications and nothing more than that.

No, that entire post feels manufactured. It 100% sounds like you’re creating an
opportunity to a) declare that you’re town and b) do so in a conversation with someone
that you know will someDay flip scum.

So you are suggesting I’m a Wolf and that I wanted to bus my team mate who had pretty much no chance of being lynched? That makes sense (not). Oh, and I didn’t actually vote for him anyway.

And then, the cherry on all of this is your response to my comment about pinging:

This is you taking credit for something that you can’t reasonably take credit for.
The only way you were “right about Thing Fish being scummy” in the context of your
exchange is if we agree that you knew it all along.

I took an instinctual guess about Thing Fish being Scummy and I was right - I don’t understand why you have such a problem with this. I did not know he was Scum, but I suspected it, and my suspicions panned out.

This stuff is pretty minor, but I’m reading with an eye towards Khameleon being a wolf
and seeing what pops out at me.

D2#66. Makes an “oh no” comment about the town deaths and then is actually the one who floats the idea that Idle might be inactive for meta reasons. He got it backwards, but it still started that conversation. If this was a purposeful scum move (getting it wrong to get the ball rolling), it was crazy clever.

Sorry, not that “clever”. I also don’t believe I was the first one to question Idle’s inactivity. What does my expressing sadness about Town deaths have to do with thinking Idle might be Scum?

D2#207: When talking about scum, refers to them as “Wolf and Mafia” teams rather than collectively as scum. Prioritizes the wolf team.

WHA??? I’m a Wolf because I put the Word Wolf before the word Mafia? Not that this even deserves a justification but I’m an animal person over a people person so would typically put animals first.

D3#593: Votes Idle for meta reasons even though he doesn’t like meta reasons. Is also the one who brought up said meta reasons.

I believe the majority of people voting for Idle voted for meta reasons and many stated they didn’t like doing that. And again, I was not the first one to bring up the meta issues.
