So we have to run everything by you before we can ask questions of another player? What are you, Biotop’s court appointed defense council? Not liking a case is not a good reason to hijack a developing conversation. Quite simply, shutting down any conversation that is in its infancy is counter-productive. Do you have a read on Biotop? I don’t. But I saw a nice opportunity to poke at Biotop and see how he reacted. How is that not worthwhile?

You want to disagree? That’s fine. But don’t pretend that interjecting yourself is somehow noble or ‘correct.’ You may be right, you may be wrong, but most importantly, you shouldn’t know either way. Maybe it is a good case; maybe it’s a bad case and Biotop is scum anyway. I don’t know… that’s what I was trying to figure out! This shouldn’t be rocket science. It would have been nice to let the conversation develop, and I’m flabberghasted that you can’t see why jumping in was premature. I’m also shocked that you can be so sure that Lakai’s case against Biotop was wrong. You shouldn’t know that.

And the idea that Biotop is either 100% lying or 100% telling the truth is laughable. The theory doesn’t require Biotop to be lying about having the doc switch. The theory hinges on truth mixed with lies, because that is what scum do. Scummy Biotop felt that revealing his switch was a townie-ish thing to do. The doc was dead so it didn’t matter either way. It certainly wouldn’t hurt scum. But his reasoning for flipping switches gave a bit more that deserved scrutiny. Was he thinking like a Townie would think?

I’m town and he did exactly what I would have done for the same reasons. That’s why I think the case was a bad case. It doesn’t make sense.

I’m not defending Biotop, I’m arguing against what I consider a bad case, Lakai’s horribly timed “pressure” tactics, and your even worse “me too” vote.

I don’t think we are going to agree here, and I don’t care. I don’t care what you think because you are self proclaimed 3P. At worst you are lying scum, at best you are a distraction. I don’t think it’s in towns best interest to lynch you right now, that doesn’t mean I trust you at all.

Yeah, TexCat is right about me, I’m scum and I’m doing much scumhunting at all. And sachertorte is right as well… I’m defending Biotop… and Koldanar … oh and you at one point… who else… Boozy at one point, he was wolf after all… that must make me a wolf right? So that would make you, Koldanar, and Biotop wolves also right? Otherwise I wouldn’t have defended you, right? It makes sense… there are 4 wolves left. But wait, I’m pretty sure I argued against lynching Crys and sachertorte too… so I must be a cultist… or they are lying scum with me, otherwise why would I defend them. So either I’m scum and we have 6 wolves alive when there should only be 4, or I’m a cultists and Texcat is wrong… or I’m neither and I’m just trying to rule out the illogical and improbable.

The votes on D3 that I saw for ProfP that I remember were largely for him being fluffy (and frankly, I don’t think being low-post-count or fluffy is super vote-able–it’s a null tell to me, as long as they vote). I also didn’t really agree with Pleo’s characterization of his “lynch the cult” plan as fully pro-scum. As for why I switched my position and voted for him–and for some reason I thought I posted about this but clearly I did not–once Pleo was revealed, following the person he abruptly locked on to and voted for repeatedly seemed like a good way to nail a scum.

This is confusing to me. It sounds like an explanation for voting Prof P today, but it doesn’t explain your D4 vote. Pleo was still alive D4. Your reasoning for you D4 vote was
