GuiriEnEspana:
Not much interest in lynching Diggit?
I was pinged by Boozy on N0/D1 (really) for his overly defensive “twerps” comment to SNF and Thing Fish after they FOSed him for asking if scum have off board communication, and his lack of willingness to “come up with” more than one candidate.
Don’t really remember much else from him though, despite the volume. After a quick look (not a detailed WoW):
there’s something with Total, mild snuggling
votes SNF for wanting the game to be fair to scum, in N0
votes Angel for not reading the rules, anti-town. Doesn’t see case against Colby or Toejam - a tiff with Angel continues for a number of posts
doesn’t find Lakai scummy either
votes Angel D2 for her meta vote on Idle
his “I don’t need to come up with further suspicions” combined with a general smudge on late Lakai voters is telling, he seems happy to plant a vote and sit on it for as long as possible
3rd to vote brewha, best case so far this game, he mentions Meeko as a contender
D2#566 now all for lynching Crys too, #1318 agrees with Angel that one of the cultists has to go
D3 actually only wanted to lynch cultists as second lynch, not main feature, would not waste lynch
D3#499 votes crys again, #620 thinks she’s 3rd party not scum
So that’s a change, from not wanting to use up the lynch on a cultist to wanting to lynch Crys as there are no other candidates and he’s not a fan of the case on Idle or Prof P. No effort to actually make another case, and not a single other scum candidate? His votes on Angel were half-hearted?
Is that the case on Boozy? I see it. I have no objection to lynching either Idle or Prof. P, none.

Boozy has been on my back burner. i’ve had pings since D1, but nothing that screamed scum. Here’s a D1 case from Normal Phase on Boozy. I’ll figure out my vote after I sort the Pleo/Thing Fish thing.

For these two posts.
The first one was a very slight ping along the lines of what snfaulkner and ThingFish pointed out – self-consciously grouping oneself with town. The second quote morphed from defense against the accusation (‘don’t we all present ourselves as town?’) into some kind of weird promotion of information-gathering – which he wasn’t even doing – as a pro-town tactic, and manages to drive the “look how townie I’m being” ping up several notches.
And then I guess asking about scum communication is more of the same, though I didn’t notice it negatively at the time.
I’m not thrilled with Johnny Bravo’s defense against my skepticism of his vote on me, either. ‘You’re trying too hard to find me scummy’ is not exactly a convincing read in a game where even the scum have rich hunting grounds to go after. On the other hand, the ‘ohmygodyousuck for suspecting me’ impulse is strong in some townies and could be the real reason for the vote. I’ll let that one percolate a while.
