So, what happens if no one votes before the Day ends…everyone but CIAS dies as a result of a massive tie? Oh wait, that’s my game. Tie here = no lynch right?

Is it possible for thier to be a tie with the boarda count system? More to the point, will it be easy to spot and avoid?

Gah!

Does anyone know when the DAY ends?

(because I’m going to be away for 24 hours - I would not like to get mod-killed for that reason

Bold and green. Bold and green. I will not answer seemingly mod-directed questions unless they are in bold and green.

The Day ends next Friday at noon.

I know. Unless I wasn’t one of those “people” you were talking to. In which case, I will shut up.

I agree - everyone (but me) ought to remember this!!.. and just for fun: I might remember it too

I think it’s an even dumber idea than the last time you had it. Doc claims honestly, T-1000 copies him, and protects himself every Night. This makes him immune to our Vig(s). The next Night he copies our Doc. I don’t see how this is in any way advantageous.

In other news, I’m going to be in Farmington this weekend, I’ll shoot you a PM.

Also, I’ll be gone all weekend.

NAF, can you tell tdn if it comes up?

Or he copies the bus driver, and if any Vig takes a shot at him a townie dies instead.

Care to elaborate?

That would get him busted if the Bus Driver and Vig both claimed, but you’re completely right. I don’t like it one bit.

Sure thing.

Catching up. Cripes one afternoon on the golf course and the heavy hitters come out of the wood work. And I read the post where pede clarifies that isn’t really isn’t isn’t but really is is (GD I feel like Bill Clinton).

But why ask Naf for clarification? Did I miss something?

NAF (allegedly) received a scum role round one, and can potentially dish the details about what his PM might have said with respect to the other scummies.

And I think the whole Borda count thing could be potentially fascinating. Who you don’t vote for is almost as telling who you do. Depending on how deep we get into this game, I believe that it provides town an edge.

Having said that, it’s going to take someone a hell of a lot smarter than me to crunch the numbers.

I think that the Borda count voting is going to make it critical that Townies state their suspicions as early as possible. My worry is that the later somebody votes, the easier it is to vote strategically(which is obviously most value to the scum). If the Town publicly state their suspicions ahead of time, then a late scum voter will be constrained by their public “suspicions” and will find it much more difficult to vote strategically. I personally will be looking askance at anybody who’s continually coming in late with key votes, especially if it contradicts previously stated suspicions or if they didn’t name any suspects before the vote.

I understand that. My question was why does sach think that a preset naf Jester has any type of insight on a postset T-1000?

Jeepers, no makey no sense as usual.

And in other news ESPN will be included on basic cable.

I think its a decent idea but I’m not to push it beyond trying to generate some conversation.

Here isn’t problem with worry about the t-1000 copying people there are four other scum that don’t have that option. We could use a mass claim to flush them out and then we would be able to look just for the t-1000. Also if the t-1000 is copying the doc every night we can just rolebloc his ass and then we don’t have to worry about that either. My biggest concern is that it might expose some one important but looking through the role every one has a second role that is equivalent except for John
Connor. Now it wouldn’t supprise me if part of the scum win condition involved killing him but with all of the redudency on our side it doesn’t particularly worry me to lose any single role.

It’s really not that weird. NAF claims pre-reset scum. In his PM he would have been told whatever information he (scum) deserve regarding the T-1000. Therefore NAF knows to what extent scum know who the T-1000 is.
Voila!

According to my initial role PM, the scum only need to outnumber town, or last longer than a preset number of days.
