Is anyone going to believe me if I say that AH is lying and was recruited?
I was planing on pulling a bluff but it has already been noticed that my vote wasn’t in the count, so really, what’s that point.

Like I said I’m all for it but that seams a strange way for the town to go after the way I’ve been getting shouted down for risking out vig in the past. I mean if I was scum the best the town could hope for is the vig to commit suicide and then to lynch me tomorrow. But hey if you guys trust me I’ll be happy to verify that trust. By the way we would still get information if Total protects him, remember I’ve got a blocking power as well so by being alive after the vig targets me would be proof.
That was before we knew who our Vig was (and that they had killed scum), and before NAF was outed as the liar. You still need to verify yourself (because of recruitment), and having you protect our Vig will be a bonus, since he’s going to die anyway if you don’t. There’s no reason not to trust you right now, and in putting in a little faith it will only cost us one town life (the Vig) for yours if you’re recruited scum, which is HUGE right now.
However, if we tell the Doc to target the Vig, then the scum will kill the Doc, and we’ll be left with no more Doc.
Man, part of me really wants to take credit for making NAF post that vote because it’s funny as hell but in reality I just asked him to vote himself lol

I’m sorry; I must have missed this first time through.
There’s no point in hiding it any longer; I can’t.
Sometime around the end of Dawn on Day Three I drove myself insane. Stark staring mad. Completely doolally. Utterly bonkers.
With that, of course, I lost my power of intimidation. Since I’d already advised pedescribe of my subject for Day 3, it happened. But I didn’t use the power Yesterday or Today, because it’s gone.
The good news is that, since I slipped my mental moorings, I can’t drive anyone else insane. But neither can I suicide.
That’s why.
I played it this way to give the recruit a chance to slip up, but it didn’t happen. Either the Jester recruited a vanilla Scientist, or a power role who’s effects cannot be publically tested and thus didn’t need to admit to having lost their powers.
Well that’s awfully … convenient. Day 3 you go insane and lose your powers, and don’t say anything at all. That Day we lynch the Jester, and somebody gets recruited and loses any powers they had, and from that point on, you no longer have your powers.
You don’t actually expect us to believe that, do you? I guess you have to try, but jeez that’s transparent.

On the one hand, he could have been recruited by the jester and thats why his powers are gone
On the other hand he could have targeted himself with insanity and thats why his powers are gone, which would be a reasonable thing for a protown SC to do.
Yes the timing is convenient, but thems the breaks, we killed the jester at the exact time where insanity etc was going to become active

Do we need another plan for who targets who tongiht to attempt some more confirmations? Who supplies the plan now that MHaye’s position has been undermined?

You’re not even considering the possibility that it might be true. Assume that it is for a moment, and ask yourself whether what I say makes sense if that is true.
Just to be clear : I chose no-one. The spreading of insanity was 100% random, and the determination was made by pedescribe, not me. If I had been free to choose, I might well have driven NBC mad, since I’d already speculated he might be the Jester in Day 2.

Of course we’re taking into consideration it’s true. Of course it makes sense, if it’s true. The problem is, it makes just as much sense, if not more, that you’re lying.
If you’re going to throw around insults about my game play to insinuate I’m scum, it’d be wise to take into account my previous games, in which I’ve never really done a comprehensive analysis. That’s just not the kind of player I am. I’m a lazy fuck, I’ll be the first to admit that. Fortunately, it’s quite obvious we’ll both be around Tomorrow, so it gives me an extra week to procrastinate (and for you to say scummy things) before I have to get my ass in gear.

Dude, multi quote is the best. It’s a shame I got outted before I could really start building cases against people, but multiquote rocks! I really miss that function on the offboard site.
