Not an accusation against you…but the bolded part above is overstating things a bit. None of the various plans were ever ‘guaranteed’ to work. Maybe optimistically had a chance to be useful, but I don’t think you can say even ‘more or less guaranteed’.
Yes, but that was somewhat because she was voting for septimus. Not that it implicated her more, but that would be two possible wolves (she and Dante G.) voting for another player. Seemed unbelievable that everyone involved was a wolf
I just don’t see how bringing the tie vote thing back to life after it was obviously dead was helpful to town, and when it failed it would discredit all future tie voting, and further alienate any town players who were voting against the plan based on “spirit of the game.” But it sure could help wolves.
And finally, I do not think town learns more for the long haul in lynching TexCat if they ate both innocent. And this is a game about information.

You ultimately decide your vote, but why do you feel I’m unreasonable? Do remember, I haven’t even gotten one answer, one, that I feel the slightest convincing. She already started smudging me with post 372, calling me delusional. I even apologized with post 400 and that post is still ignored, along with most of my posts after that. How do you feel she has contributed in a townie way?
As I’ve stated many times already, I will change my vote if it becomes clear she is town. Dante G isn’t a bad day one vote in my opinion, I just think TexCat has herself to blame, town or not, because I don’t see much benefit for town in her posting.
All right, fair enough. To me it became quite apparent, as long as everyone followed along a fairly set and boring voting path. Her arguments against it still doesn’t hold water though.
I’m not saying you are unreasonable. I think your intensity is, perhaps. I do note that you haven’t gotten any answers that you find convincing, but I think that cuts both ways.
“I will change my vote if it becomes clear she is town” is a good example of a statement which just seems to me to reflect that you view these things as very black and white, when at this point in the game I can barely distinguish shades of grey. At some point that level of certainty becomes troubling.
Am I correct in thinking this now makes a tie between TexCat and septimus?
My original plan was flawed in that it did not take into account those opposed to the plan because of “spirit if the game.” With the **Chronos ** improvement it would have been quite effective…maybe even “guaranteed” barring the SOTG protest.
That said, I now understand and believe the SOTG protests were honest and that is why the plans were unworkable. I am glad we hashed it out early before it had a chance to cause teal ill will later.

I’m having doubts that TexCat is Scum, but I know I’m Town, so will revote TexCat soon if we don’t get more Dante votes.
I see Plumpudding as more of an earnest Townie than a Scum.
I’m leaning town for TexCat. I think Plumpudding has been pushing her hard (not without some justification), and she’s at a point now where being defensive just makes things worse on her. Like in the cop shows, when the cops are grilling the suspect, “Oh, so you don’t love you mother, then?!” I’ve never found the case against her all that persuasive, though, and I think Plumpudding calling her hysterical and telling her to calm down and be rational is just fueling her anger (which of course it would). Since I think the top vote-getters are both town, I don’t currently have a very good way to use my vote.
Please, do not misread my intentions; I’m not certain of anything other than what has been posted in this thread. I’ve been quite forthcoming about that, and I’ve also been quite forthcoming of my view on a town-lynch day one. If you feel you have time, I think you should go back and read through some of my post once more.
And I would implore you to change your vote, but you do as you choose, no stress.
