So I’m on the chopping block whether or not Diggit comes up wolf, even though I attempted to get him lynched before toDay?
Johnny Bravo:
I am only one vote, and if I am night killed, then I am zero votes. So if you are town, please tell us why we should believe that and who you think are the wolves.
Not a single vote has been cast for toMorrow and toDay is not even over.
I just get leery of plans that are plotted out several days in advance, even though I know your intentions are good.
If Diggit ends up being town, then I’m understandably screwed (as are we all, most likely), but if he’s wolf I hope people will keep in mind that I tried to get him lynched yesterDay, when a positive lynch would have been incredibly valuable for town (as opposed to today when it’s much more critical).
I guess the question proponents of the “Johnny and Diggit are both wolves” theory have to ask is whether it made sense for ‘Wolf Johnny’ to vote for him so early yesterDay, before even seeing which way the wind was blowing.
Your influence is much more outsized than that, dead or alive, as I’m sure you’re aware.
No you didn’t. You voted for him, said you were doing so because Thing Fish had convinced you, then talked up Thing Fish’s case against Plum, too.
You also promised a reread to evaluate the case against Plum, and didn’t return to the issue.
For my money, if you’re going to hang your hat on the fact that you were trying to get someone lynched, you need a little more than the fact that you voted while explicitly giving credit for the case to another (and a Town) player. You didn’t exactly put yourself out there to convince anyone to move their votes.
But it should not be. I am town and can read. So can others. I have not hesitated to post, that’s for sure. But I know nothing for certain any more than anybody else who is not wolf. I do have the advantage that people KNOW I am town right now. We also know eight other players who were also town and their opinions still matter quite a lot because they were playing for town.
We also know the two wolves who were lying in one way or another.
Heck, wolves kept choosing not to kill me for some reason, so I have tried to take advantage of that as best as I can for town. But I am a first-timer who is just guessing. No one should ever forget that. If you are town and have other ideas, by all means share them. I’d rather win than be right.
DiggitCamara:
If you are town please use your remaining time to tell us who you think are the wolves. I keep repeating the obvious, but if you are town we (and you) can still win if we pick the remaining wolves. If you are lynched and it is revealed you are town then people will obviously pay a lot of attention to your post toMorrow.
septimus, Chronos, Dante G., Mahaloth, Bayard, TexCat, Plumpudding, and Thing Fish— they deserve every remaining Town member’s best fight until the end.
And now…the waiting…
I do find myself wondering if Biotop would have done so much work and devoted so much time to the game if he hadn’t been First Mason.
I’d like to think so.
Well it sure gives an advantage at the start knowing two other players you can trust immediately.
Maybe so, but with the Wolves’ luck you didn’t get to count on them for long.
Starts drinking heavily.
For once I may have to agree with you. Where’s the mead?
DUSK
The circle narrows; the end draws near. Eight remain; one fewer attendee at the Town Hall, but no fewer genuine human beings.
DiggitCamara, a Werewolf, has been lynched.
Hats off to Town for a good lynch. The Night begins now and will end at noon or thereabouts on Wednesday, September 2.
you’re god damned right
Excellent…glad I checked one more time before heading out.
Ha —two to go!
Biotop: Holy crap!
“Lynch the lurker” works again. Hooray!
I said it before, I say it again: Bah, Humbug!
“If I could work my will, everyone who goes about with ‘Bah! Humbug!’ on his lips should be boiled in his own pudding, and buried with a stake of holly through his heart.”
Just kiddin’, Digs. Way to survive so late into the game.
Still a nail-biter…
And… YAY!
