Hear, hear.
It’s a repulsive song.

Even as a native Californian and Giants fan, I kinda agree.
Why would catching be too hard on Buster Posey? Somebody has to play catcher.
And what’s the “36” on the Phillies sleeve?
Robin Roberts
Yes!!!
And I dare say that might be all she wrote.
Juan Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrribe!!!
Catching is generally considered the toughest position to play. The constant crouching is tough on the body, and you have a tendency to get the crap beat out of you by batted balls.
Lincecum to pitch the 8th?
The Phillies have done well to hold the scoring down this much with all the runners there’s been.
Interesting…
Brian Wilson is more than capable of pitching 2 innings, so I’d expect to see him if the Phillies even look like they’re making a threat.
Someone on the Phils is gonna have to pop one to get any runs, at this point. They have not so any ability to sting together a group of hit at any point in this series.
Maybe El Chooch here?
This is awesome.
Well yeah, I understand why catching is hard, but I don’t understand McCarver’s point. The Giants should use somebody else as a catcher who isn’t as valuable?
And btw: OOOO…REE…BAAAY!!!
That was a really nice at-bat by Victorino. If the Phillies pull this out, that will be the reason.
So long and good night.
Whew!
Joe
That was exactly the way the Giants planned it, of course…
:smack:
Wow.
Bases loaded, top of the 9th, and you’re up by 1 run.
How often do you see the pitcher at the plate in that situation?
OK, here we go…
Kyla, are you still with us?
So Lincecum gets a “hold.”
The attempted decoy for Wilson was funny.
