I really feel uncomfortable directly asking someone, so if it’s okay, my email’s in my profile. Don’t take it as me not bothering to contact one of our generous Dopers. It’s not that at all! It’s just that asking in general is a lot less nerve wracking than asking directly and I guess I’m a wimp.

I’d just like to reiterate to anyone who needs a proxy… I’m more than happy to serve as a go-between, but due to my nature of perpetual brokedness, I’ll have to receive the money first before I can pay for you. I’m sure someone you could contact would vouch for my honesty (hopefully) and then you’ll be all set. Otherwise, I’ll have to decline any future propositions to do this if the impetus is on myself to come up with the cash initially.

As I am only 17…I am minus a credit card and my parents don’t see the importance of me having membership on ‘just a webiste’ :mad: I am not about to ask anyone for help, as I can afford it. But if there is any other Australian or NZ on the board that would let me forward a money order…lots of hugs, kisses and gratitude to you. Everybody else, I’m open for offers, but being an Aussie (oi! oi! oi!), someone close by would probably be easier.
So anyone that pity’s me…you can offer

My credit card company decided to close all of the accounts that got MyPoints points instead of transferring the accounts to new numbers, so I’m out of a credit card until a new one comes in (stupid Citibank). Did anyone ever work out a way to help out someone with a renewal/subscription, without having to get the other persons password and sign on as them?
If I don’t hear back from my old proxy, Sunfish, I may have to ask for help from someone else. Would you be willing?

Can someone spot me a charter renewal? I thought I would have more money left from this pay check then I did but I just enrolled in three college classes for the summer and that has wiped out my “play money” account.
