There’s a cheap place to stay chez Nym/Vile, FYI. Uhh…there’ll be…at least two people already staying there, but it’s cheap, the wet bar doesn’t have a lock on it, and it’s ground zero for debauchery.
As most people know, my internet time is nil right now, but several ChiDopers (with email) have my cell #, so just ask around, Mama.

Hi MamaHen, I’ve never met you, but Nym and I share a two bedroom place now. There will be a couch empty this weekend. There’s an unmarried, but not unattached, single, nondoper guy who will be sleeping on an air mattress close by. The rest of us will have bed space. Things could change, but there’ll be space for you. Hmm… did Joey’s post imply he’d be at our place too? We’ll figure it out.
I’m afraid I am not the right person to give directions. If I were you, I’d email JoeyHemlock or DynoSaur for directions and/or phone numbers of pertainent peoples. Maybe boli, or Gaudere. Who else has been to our place in the recent past and has a fairly good grasp on getting around in the Chicago area?
