Management and handling of fresh celery leaves

I like fresh celery leaves in salads and sometimes just to nibble on them. I like celery too but because I usually prepare my own meals only for myself I run out of leaves before the whole stalk of celery is gone.

I cannot think of any way that I could acquire and keep more celery leaves in the refrigerator without buying a surplus of celery?

Buy Chinese Celery which is much leafier, I don’t think you use the stalks.

Most grocery stores I go to have a section of loose celery; look in that for leaves? I like leaves too, but only to snack on, and the snacks are pretty much taken care of as I’m cleaning the stalks.
