As Passover ended this evening, I tried some Manischewitz salsa and matzah. I decided that Manischewitz salsa is the most un-salsa like salsa I’ve ever had. They should really stick to Eastern European foods.
OTOH, Savion’s Passover wasabi sauce was quite good.
Any other interesting Passover food commentaries?
And what a surprise, the gefilte fish from Old El Paso really sucked too!
Only that I had matzoh, chicken soup with matzoh balls, chopped liver (made from scratch), beef brisket (as opposed to corned beef), and this stuff made of nuts and honey and sweet wine for the first time. Good stuff.
What did you expect - that salsa’s made in NEW YORK CITY!?!?
