I am predominantly a Philly sports phan, but the Red Sox are my AL team of choice (also my husband’s favorite). And I would like to go on the record saying that on my personal list of the Top Ten Biggest Traitors In The Entire History Of Sports, Roger Clemens takes up five spots (#1, 3, 5, 9, and 10). Yes, boys and girls: I rank him even higher than Curt Schilling (ptooey), Scott Rolen (ptooey), Eric Lindros (ptooey), and Art “Whore” Modell (who is on my list twice).
No matter how long he is a Yankee, he will always be a traitor. And it torques me to no end that we can’t blame him for something in that fracas. Dammit.
