I’m a female, too, but Lois, absolutely. She’s tons funnier, and she’s wickedly intelligent. Did you see the one with Candace Bergen where Lois gives Bergen’s uber-feminist a smackdown, both intellectually and physically? That’s hot.
I’d take Lois over Marge any day. Why? According to Homer, Marge’s hair has been grey as a mule since high school. I’m willing to bet the carpet doesn’t match the drapes.
Twent-some posts in, and it’s Lois by a landslide. Poor ol’ blue-haired Marge is just barely ahead of Betty Rubble, who wasn’t even running. 
Since we’re being superficial about a cartoon, Id like to add:
Lois, cus she’s rich and doesn’t care about money.
Marge Simpson, if she’s prepared.
