Mark Levin is Wrong (And This Is a Conservative Speaking)

Are you seriously trying to make decent conservatives in safe Senate seats like John McCain lose? Hopefully Hayworth will not run at all or drop out-although I am horrified at the possibility of Hayworth running as an independent-guaranteeing a Democrat victory.

Palin is stumping for McCain in that race. The teabaggers must be really torn.

McCain’s looking vulnerable:

Poll: McCain favorability at lowest point since 1994

Just want to mention in passing that Mark Levin is a weaselly little turd who uses an echo chamber effect on-air to boost his squirrely voice.

Even on the rare occasions I agree with him he makes me nauseous.

I’m not surprised to hear that he’s pushing to get McCain beaten. Not enough Purity of Essence, I guess.

I support this. I’d like true conservatives to run. I like McCain as a man and for what he’s done, but we need to get back to basics. Hayworth will be stronger on immigration and I think that will help him in Arizona.

Now, is he going to run as an Independent? Or just challenge McCain in the primary? Because I am NOT in favor of a three-way race.

John McCain and “decent conservative” never appeared in the same sentence before this past election. He had to move to the right, because he has been a centrist. Remember the hell he caught after McCain-Feingold?

McCain looks like he died a few weeks ago and he’s trying to look alive so they won’t try to cremate him. His party leaders should give him the Bunning and get him to step aside. But I’m all for giving Arizona a Democratic Senator to compensate for the new junior Senator from Massachusetts.

Amen, brother!

The local news/talk radio station cancelled Mike Savage a year ago (or he left it to go to another station) and I thought “Thank God”- then they replaced him with Levin.

I’m not sure who sucks worse! AND THOSE NASAL WHINES THEY BOTH HAVE!!!

Oh, he spoke?

Do you live in Arizona? Because I don’t think - and I don’t live in Arizona either - that this is actually accurate. Undocumented aliens make up between 10 and 12 percent of the Arizona work force. I think they like immigrants in Arizona - they’re essential to the state’s economy.

It will help him among Republicans. Arizona has a ton of anti-immigration whackjobs (like the Minutemen).

This is both frustrating and hopeful for me, as given my politics I’d LOVE to see the McCain-type Republicans split off from the teabaggers and hopefully form a sane fiscal conservative social liberal party.

A lot of the fiscal-conservative social-liberal types are teabaggers. Now, granted, a lot of the teabaggers are religious fundies, but a lot of the teabaggers are into crazy conspiracy theories (Fed runs the world, Fed run by Jews, Obama is a Jew, income taxes are illegal, etc.) which have nothing to do with social politics.

J.D. Hayworth was a sportscaster in the state in which I grew up, and was a raving drunk, womanizer, and bigot. He showed up at my high school when they hired him to emcee the talent show one year, and was so drunk he couldn’t stand. He also said some sexually inappropriate things to some of the high school girls.

It’s not surprising he’s considered a “shining star” in the tea party movement.

bolding mine HUH??? WTF?? …head explodes…

I thought he was a radical Muslim bent on turning the White House into a mosque? If he is a Jew maybe he wasn’t born in Kenya after all but was actually born in Israel!

The only things I like about the teabaggers are the original issues they were protesting: the increase in government intervention in the private sector and expansion of government programs that will require increases in taxes. These are laudable tenets. However, they got perverted (what do you expect from a bunch of teabaggers) when they didn’t suppress the radicals with their tinfoil headgear.

Levin, Savage, Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity are all embarrassing to conservatives. Just as Michael Moore, Schultz, Madow, Press, Olberman and the rest are embarrassing to the liberals. They should all be taken to a desert island armed only with their microphones so they can club each other to death. The last one standing will be declared the biggest asshole and summarily strapped to the space shuttle to be used as heat shielding.

Well, he can be a Nazi and a communist at the same time, so he can be a Muslim and a Jew at the same time too, right?

Please excuse the potential hijack…

I’m not seeing that very much. Not very much at all.

I don’t have a problem with the others you list, but why put Rachel Maddow on that list? She has to be one of the most – if not the most – sane and civil nationally known pundits on cable opinion shows today. Sure, she’s adamantly liberal, but…is it that, IYHO, anyone above a certain level of prominence becomes embarrassing?

I’m honestly asking, especially after Bush 41 took a swipe at her and Olbermann (“sick puppies”? really?), 'cuz I don’t see it (much less any actual reason for it) at all.

She’s a lesbian, so there is that whole Gay Agenda thing.

Let me rephrase it: I know a lot of conservatives who are embarrassed by that crowd. They all consider that group to be the media equivilant of the homeless guy on the street corner screaming about how the aliens have taken over the government so they can put implants in our teeth and then steel cow fetuses to be made into footballs (I’m not making this up. I heard a guy downtown actually saying this). Everyone I know looks at them, shakes their head and sighs. My father-in-law, who is slightly to the right of Hitler, thinks that Beck is insane.

Just an example off the top of my head, she was reluctant to label the Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan as a terrorist but Scott Roeder, the man who shot the abortion doctor George Tiller, is a terrorist. Both did their acts for religious reasons. Both are terrorists.

I only watched and heard her a few times because, every time she came on I found her grating. Not so much the subject matter as the attitude of, “I’m so smart and the Republicans are so dumb.” Same kind of attitude you see on Fox.

I support lesbians. In fact, I love to watch their movies. Usually they involve sororities, pillow fights or showering together after cheerleading practice.

Really, I don’t care if she’s heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, trisexual (will try anything), transsexual, asexual, hermaphroditic or gets off by watching Mexican midgets on mopeds masturbating with mayonnaise while Thai transexuals tickle their twats with Twizzlers.

Missed the window but I forgot this little tidbitfrom Rachel.
