My Beloved, Rahne McCloud, posts here on a semi-regular basis. We met at a science fiction convention.
Spouse posts here on occasion. We met on a message board, just not this one.
tygre posts here, and has done so since before we even knew each other (or lived in the same country). Somehow we didn’t meet here, though.
My partner doesn’t post here, but does do things like “maybe you can ask the dopers about…”. So he’s posting by proxy via me.
Same here. We met on an old Commodore BBS in the 80’s.
My wife, Shocker Khan, is mostly a lurker but posts occasionally. We met elsewhere and I got her started reading the boards.
I don’t have a spouse at all, but two of my ex-boyfriends post here (we did not meet here, they followed me here). Urgh!
Mrs. Wheelz doesn’t waste nearly as much time on the Interwebs as I do… Much to her credit, I think.

This one is the closest. Although I do tell the Other Shoe about stuff I read here - funny cat stories and funny fart stories are top faves - and we have both benefited from posts on this forum.
Spouse has posted here a great deal longer than I have. We ALMOST met on the SDMB; we met on collounsbury’s livejournal after he was exiled.
My spousal equivalent doesn’t even read here. My ex used to be an active poster here probably ten years ago or more. He got me started lurking, but then he quit the board, saying you were all too know-it-all.
I chose “Other”, because while my husband did join the SDMB, he doesn’t read or post here now, and probably won’t for the foreseeable future. He posted a few times, and enjoyed doing so, but he’s an extremely busy guy, and finds the sheer volume of threads and responses to posts here overwhelming.
He and I met elsewhere online.

Hubby posts here on occasion, but not very often. We met in an IRC chat room 13 years ago.
Ms. Attack uses me as a gateway to the Dope, usually with a line like “Ask your imaginary friends about how to get blood off the ceiling”, or whatever the topic du jour.
Spouse doesn’t post here, but occasionally lurks (especially in CS.)
My wife would never join a board that would have me as a member.
My husband (Demo) only occasionally posts these days. We met here over 10 years ago.
