Well, since this thread went from an opinion of how to mash-up songs to posting already existing mashups…
Adele vs The Eurythmics
The Beatles vs The Jackson 5
If you like this kind of stuff, I recommend Girl Talk’s All Day. It’s 70 minutes of this. GIRL TALK - ALL DAY - ILLEGAL ART
Thanks to this i have 5 new CDs and now am going to lose the next 4-5 hours of my life listening to Auditory ADHD Crack
Anyone else thought this was going to be about The Real Mitt Romney?
Good prediction. Based on my experience, you might listen to it almost non-stop for a couple of months and then become sick of it. And then move on to the next Girl Talk release.
You’re welcome ToeJam. The cool thing is, since you only hear about a minute at most of each song, it takes a looooong time to get sick of it. I love it.
However, his earlier works seemed choppy to me. IDK if it didn’t download right or if he just hadn’t honed his skills as well prior to All Day, but I didn’t like his earlier stuff.
Bruno Mars vs Madonna

Duran Duran vs Depeche Mode
OK, I went back and checked out the albums (for lack of a better term. “LP”? That’s no better.) that I had downloaded. Everything on Secret Diary sounds like the CD is skipping (and this is playing mp3s on my computer).
Unstoppable and Night Ripper sound fine, though. These 2 albums come in at just under 80 minutes, so now I have a new CD chock full of “Auditory ADHD Crack”. (Which, BTW, is a great descriptor. Now when I hear a song on the radio that was sampled I feel like half the song is missing. I’m thinking “Where’s the underlying track?”)
I’m saving Feed the Animals for a rainy day.
