That is a tough one. What do you think? I suppose that had the pilot live (and the passengers died), he would have been charged.

This Wisconsin killing now qualifies. There was one killer, the son. The father was arrested for aiding after the fact. The corrected list is now:

Interesting note in the Michigan shooting:

The gun taken from the suspect, a 9mm pistol with 15-round magazines, was purchased by the suspect’s father last week, four days before the shooting, according to Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard.
