PP) 3 February 2026 Jay County IN, 4 killed (vehicular homicide) (Jay County crash update | The Daily Standard Stories) an illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan was driving a tractor-trailer crossed the center line and killed four Amish people in a van. At the moment no homicide charges. Pending
