Every once in a while, I’ll switch over to one of the hip-hop stations we can sometimes get here in Waco. Twice, I’ve listened to some weird song. I found out that it’s Mr. Cee - the Cha Cha slide. It’s not really enjoyable, although I did download it to listen to it. It sounds like some guy got an old casio portable keyboard and says things like, hit me 5 times. reverse reverse. right leg left stomp. left leg right stomp. Weird. I don’t get it. It’s even in the billboard top 200. What is the attraction of this song? If you haven’t heard it, listen to it and tell me what you think? Maybe I’m getting prematurely old. At least it isn’t more gangsta rap.
