I’ve made many posts in this thread and in the Pit today which outline my position clearly. I don’t know who these clouds of other people are, but they don’t represent me and Guin implied they did.
I guess that since the letter “A” was already used in the book, she decided to go with “B” instead. Now it all makes sense.
She’s probably more a fan of the Demi Moore movie than the book.

Show me where you got the impression and I’ll be happy to clarify. I think my posts were very explicit and don’t leave much room for the necessity of relying on ‘impressions’, so if you can show me where the miscommunication started, perhaps we can come to an understanding. In the Pit thread, I outlined the five possibilities I see in order of likelihood, and my thoughts about culpability for the pertinent ones. As you’ll see (and should have already seen as you have posted in that thread as well), in order to claim that my point has been to argue for excusing Ms. Todd from culpability under any circumstance where she’s not well, you’ll have to continue this discussion in the Pit, because you’ll have to call me a liar.
