MeanOldLady please explain

Nice.

You deserved a lot worse in that thread for how big of a bundtcake you were being.

What thread is this? Links?

No kidding. This barely counts as an apology:

Also, I don’t think vicarious is what you mean, seeing as she’s acting on her own.

The one with the nude pictures of Beyoncé in it.

Oh never mind. Thanks lorene.

Bundtcake as a pejorative, clever. I might have to use that.

I don’t see the beef here. IMO, **MOL **is equipped to quip at the expense of corrupt officials, having recently moved to the home of the Blago (and apparently having lived in LA?).

Lived nearly all of my life in LA, now approaching year two of Blagoland. I had a brief layover in Minneapolis, but there wasn’t nearly enough corruption, so I came to Chicago. breathes in Ah, yes. The smell of crooked cops. It almost smells like… home.

Then I vote she change her name to Mean Old Great White seein’ as how that’s more accurate. All in favor?

She’s the most interesting woman in the world. But she’s no Bill Brasky.

Hopefully he/she didn’t mean this bundt cake.

I thought someone already proposed a name change, Mean2OldLadies.

Hm. The attitude conveyed in the offending post was rather nasty, and over-harsh, too; a pure comparison of numbers is a terrible way to go about tactical analysis here. But not at all worth the time spent pitting it.

Further: with all of their missteps, nearly catastrophic overreactions, and the apparent (!) revelation that the cabin blaze was premeditated execution, I’ll have to admit it becomes more and more difficult for me to not to be suspicious of the LAPD. My sympathies to families affected by Dorner’s killings, but man, if I had anything to do with the LAPD I’d be washing my hands of them at this point.

I think this Xzibit meme belongs here. I shouldn’t have laughed, but I’m also a terrible person.

Fair enough. My original post can loosely be interpreted as "These fucking clowns…"and if that offends, then uhm, I’m sorry I guess?

Yeah, about that. Is this true? The internet has been aflame with rumors that the cops intentionally burned the cabin down, which have been further fueled by audio (from god knows where?) from the cops’ scanner (allegedly?) of officers saying to just burn the “motherfucker” down. For a while I’d only seen posts about this on Reddit and on blogs, and nothing from any real news source, until this morning when the LA Times put out an article stating the cops used “incendiary” gases after using ones not prone to blow the fuck up. I swear this is turning into the worst Michael Bay movie ever.

Wait, shit, past the 5 min edit window. Sorry I bit. We already have 100 Dorner threads here where we can speculate about whether his charges against the LAPD were justified and who set fire to what and what the police did wrong and why killing innocent people is bad. I’d like to go back to discussing all the puppies that have killed to make this fabulous coat, if you please. Failing that, we can all go back to scouring for the thread with the naked pictures of Beyonce.

Well now I have to ask, which was the best Michael Bay movie? Despite the fact that such a thing could barely be said to exist. Maybe it’d be more appropriate to say which is the least bad? Which turd has the most polish? Upon which shit-sandwich are we least likely to choke and die before paramedic intervention?

Bad Boys and The Rock were both pretty good.

Would there not be something of a problem with the “white” part?

Ah yes the not so famous 8th dwarf
