I’m retired after 40 years as a cop. I have some suggestions for new legislation:
RPG's should be issued to radar operators and anyone going 10 MPH or more
over the speed limit is fair game.
Dumbshits that argue after they're arrested should be shot.
If someone says "I want your badge number", shove the badge up their ass.
Rapists and child molesters should be executed upon arrest, fuck their right to
a trial.
The punishment should fit the crime, if you beat up some poor woman then she
should get to beat the shit out of you with two big cops watching.
Just my opinion.
In case you are not, might I point out that, given that you presumably do not want to execute anyone and everyone, we will need some way to determine who is a rapist/child molester and who is not. That trial you would have us forgo is meant to be the procedure for doing just this.
(Or would you prefer to allow any old accusation from a cop to lead to summary execution with no oversight? I suppose you would… at least, I would suppose so if I didn’t overridingly suspect you were trolling instead).
Also on the agenda; therapy for cranky old ex-cops.
Remember kids, if you’re not for summary execution of anyone that some old crank has a beef with i.e. speeders and child molestors, you’re a fucking liberal pussy.
The OP’s anger is understandable. stucky was obviously forced into retirement by the de-Baathification laws passed after the Saddam regime was overthrown by the US invasion. Cheer up, stucky. I’m sure you were Saddam’s favorite.
I don’t know about your end of town, but around here the wife beaters always seem to show up looking like they, um, resisted arrest. I don’t have too much of a problem with that.
Bryan…don’t know why you don’t believe me. I started when I was 22 and retired at 62. I’m 65 now. Rigamarole…I think the same thing applies to cops that abuse their power, if they beat someone up for no reason then beat the crap out of them.
I don’t really follow your logic here. I don’t think I could even if you explained it.
