Are there any? Short of living with it, I mean? Nephew (well, step-nephew, I guess. Stepsister’s son) was recently diagnosed with gynecomastia. The doctors recommended surgery to correct the problem, but I wonder if there are any non-surgical alternatives.

All of the treatments are non-surgical. And don’t get too excited if the guy is an adolescent, it usually settles down.
