That’s, well. Pretty messed up. Speculation in the linked article is that this may have been induced by a drug psychosis. I was just wondering if the medical or law-enforcement sorts on the Dope had ever seen anything similar. Thoughts?
Or could have been a plain psychosis with no drugs. Schizophrenia is pretty messed up, so are a lot of other dissociative disorders. The area it happened in was a hang out for homeless people many of which have mental health issues as well as substance abuse issues. I’m guessing they would release a toxicology report on the face-eater at some point as this case got a lot of media.
Never seen anything like it in the ER, but have heard of pathologies and drugs that could cause it. I’d really like to see the autopsy report.
God, I hope the cops put one in his head.

Could have been simple exhaustion and dehydration. Isn’t that what the Kony creator guy, Martin Lawrence, et al have claimed?
