nevermind, found the add option…:o

A few times when I was in my late 30’s, that was over a decade ago. Not because I had ED, but more as a playful experiment with my wife to see how many time we could do it. I came about 5 times and her 6 before my erection wore off.

Only when I really wanted to make a good impression. Funny thing I noticed about it was that every time I used it the woman would fall madly in love with me. Supposedly for my personality. I decided not to use it anymore and just settle for mediocrity.

I’ve read that if you take Viagra when you don’t need it, then your sex drive can be messed up!

So NO I have never used it (or any other non-prescribed or illegal drugs, as I’ve read about those too!).

Many, many years ago I was having a drink with my doctor. Viagra was still pretty new, and I asked about its recreational use. He later gave me some Viagra pens and notepads, a Viagra tie, and a dozen or so sample packs.

I tried one. I got harder than Chinese algebra, but also got a horrible headache and a stuffy nose. I had an erection but the last thing I was in the mood for was sex. I passed around the remaining samples to my friends.

I tried 7 cialis pills several years ago. I got the strongest and broke them into halves or 1/4 s depending on how long I wanted the effects to last. with 1/2 pill I would be good to go as many times a day as I wanted for friday night through sunday night. At my age I can pull one double shift but after that I have to give it some build up time, cialis solved that problem.

A friend gave me some samples of Viagra once. I took part of one pill once and I can’t say that it did anything. I’ve always been kinda afraid of taking a whole one - somehow I got it into my head that if I take one I might have a heart attack or stroke out or something horrible. Not sure if there are any real risks of that or if its just some pseudo-irrational fear I have.

I’ve tried it, but it doesn’t work for me; just makes me feel warm and clammy, with a dull headache.

No, it is not a hormonal drug. Only a drug affecting your hormones can influence your sex drive - nothing else.

All it does is enhances blood flow, which is why when taken, you often experience a flushed facial appearance.

Cialis. Tried it. I had to break them in half (not under the advice of any professional other than myself) to keep from being *flushingly *overwhelmed. I didn’t like the way they made my (larger, though not -necessarily- more intelligent) head feel.

Yes. Gave me headaches, so I threw the rest away. Headache + high blood pressure is not a good thing.

Yes, but I’m a gal, as I presume most of you know. I took one not long ago. My head got stuffy (my big and only head :D) that is. It increased blood flow in my nether region - specifically my clitoris. I also saw blue streaks of light - and no, I am not kidding. My guy does too when he takes it. I took it mainly out of curiosity. And I thought, well, if something goes awry and I die right then and there, at least I’ll die happy!

60 year old here. I have a prescription for Cialis. It works perfectly from my POV. One pill is good for about 3 days, changing things from “maybe” to “certain” during that time. If the situation changes and we don’t get horizontal, it seems to have no effect.

Side note: After getting them, I was so pleased I told mizPullin I was renaming our boat to “My Dixie Wrecked”. She rolled her eyes and suggested I name it “Sea Alice” (with little bathtubs for the quote marks).

Tried Cialis, got a couple months free, urologist said it would help the BPH—NOPE. Other “effects”, not noticeable for the amount of money spent after the freebie expired. YMMV.

67 YO and never used.

I’m pretty sure Viagra is prescribed off label for heart patients. It lowers blood pressure rather than raising it. I’m not a doctor and I wouldn’t advise taking tons of the stuff, but I don’t think heart attack or stroke are expected outcomes of taking too much Viagra.

It started as a heart medication. It was prescribed off label for ED when a great number of heart patients noticed a happy side effect.
