I alternate, just to keep things interesting.
Depends on the clothing. And I only wear boxers.
Clothing with a belt, through and through.
Clothing without a belt, up and over.
Shorts that are tied (e.g. surf trunks), from the bottom.
Isn’t that what the fly hole is for? It seems like it would be a lot of added work to go over, for no added benefit. It’s a lot easier to go through the hole which is right there, than to rearrange one’s entire undergarmentry.
Always over. Always! The one time I tried through, it felt like I was fucking something, got a chubster and it complicated the process.
I sleep nude so I sit to pee if I get up at night.
It must be tough pinching off the flow every few seconds.
Sometimes, you’ve got to remind your bladder who’s boss, y’know? There’s nothing worse than an uppity bladder…
Briefs or boxer briefs here.
I go through in most situations, but I’ll go over if I’m wearing sweat pants or anthing else that has an elastic waist band.
This is why I wear briefs with a horizontal fly (sometimes known as a “kangaroo pounch.”) No dangerous S curves, no need to yank trousers and underwear down.
I don’t know why they aren’t more popular.
Over, because my men’s bikini undies don’t have pee ports.
Damn you, Dervorin, you stole my idea for a light and pointless thread
I haven’t used the penis airlock since I was a kid. I undo the pants fly, hook one thumb in the waistband of the underwear and pull it down far enough that everything is unrestricted, and aim with the other hand. There are one or two pairs of pants where the fly doesn’t zip down far enough. With those, I’ll undo my belt and waistband and use the free fingers on the hand that I’m using to pull down the underwear to keep things from falling down too far.
I had to spend a couple of weeks in the hospital with both arms in casts to the shoulder when I broke my wrists a few years ago. I had to have help to go to the bathroom and eat, obviously, since I couldn’t bend far enough to touch anything. Most nurses just pulled everything down to my knees or ankles when I had to take a leak. A couple of them didn’t. On one memorable occasion, one of the cuter nurses used the fly on my underwear. The process of her trying to figure out how that worked and then getting it out made things…interesting. I had to wait a minute or so, so that I wouldn’t be spraying the ceiling.
Yes. Else I wander through the port and either get cold zipper rub, or wool trouser rub. I don’t fancy either.
What I find most intriguing about this thread is the terminology coming out of it. I’m going to throw together some statistics and useless analysis (after all, what use is a poll without the… er… debrief?) when I have time to do it properly.
Usually over, but if I’m wearing something really loose like boxers or pajamas without a button that’s hard to undo, I’ll go through. Also, for some reason, I find it incredibly sexy when there’s an easy access hole to make use of it for naughty reasons.
I go with my comfort level and how I’m dressed, generally. If I can yank my hose through the pants and underwear flies easily, I’ll do that. Otherwise, I’ll open my belt and button and either pull down my underwear in the front or just pull everything down altogether.
zombie or no
keeping it tucked in your sock keeps it from scraping on the ground.
I wear boxers, but even when I was wearing briefs, I always used the leg hole.
Bob
I switch it around. I’ve got a couple of pair of boxes without the pee pee hole, and those I go over the top. Other boxers, it’s through the hole. Call me adaptable. Hell, I’ll even use toilet paper if it’s placed in the wrong direction on the roller.
Going over the top can be tricky, because if you pull the waistband down first to do your business and then time the release wrong, you can snap yourself with the waistband and man. That really stings.
Tighty-whities, always.
Through, if I’m dressed. If all I’m wearing is skivvies, then through or over. And I’m with those who sit if getting up to pee in the middle of the night.
Over the top, with my right testicle over the top too. For some reason it works better that way.
