So far, what I’ve seen is Republicans trying to stop/delay the hearing with parliamentary nonsense.

He should take comfort in knowing that the truth will set him free. Has he no faith? (That was rhetorical.)
Since Cohen is a lying piece of human waste, I’m most interested in what kind of actionable corroboration he has for his statements. Texts. Emails. Checks. Etc. He can testify that Trump was in the room when the Wikileaks information was given or when Manafort talked about giving the Russians election information, but the right will simply spin it all as lies from a guy who lied so many times in the past. Personally, having done a lot of criminal cases with flipping witnesses and knowing their M.O., I’ll likely believe Cohen if he has that corroboration, but the depths of the Republican parties complicity with these criminals will make it very difficult to convince them to actually take action against this administration.

Well, Cohen’s still lying to Congress - he said Melania is a kind person. 
Man, I have so much work to do today, and I can’t tear myself away from twitter (no TV where I am). He brought financial statements? And checks for 35K, which is exactly the amount of the installments the SDNY said Trump agreed to pay him. And, by the way, what kind of billionaire needs to pay off 400K in 35K installments? It’s not even under the 10K threshold for reporting, so it’s not like he was trying to hide it. I guess he just wanted to string Cohen along.

This is the most positive political thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I must thank Cohen, Trump, his voters, and Mueller collaborating to bring us this demonstration of American political operations.
