Flynn isn’t being a Troll. A Troll says things with the intent of being offensive and reveling in the negative attention, often with some positive reinforcement from their side for “owning the libs”. The Gosar video and Boebet’s comments on Omar are examples of Trolling. Even if they like the video, the vast majority of Gosar’s supporters recognize that actually slicing down Pelosi with a sword is a step to far.
Flynn’s words are different. They weren’t just meant to piss off the libs but the inspire the right who fully support the idea.
I find it amusing that in the process of denouncing a conspiracy theory about Liberal Deep State shadow agents as nonsense, he blames it on Liberal Deep State shadow agents. Two steps forward one step back. He just can’t Q-uit the crazy.
