Michael Jackson's Brain Missing?

It was reported that MJ’s brain was not returned to the body for burial; presumably it will be subjected to further tests, by the medial examiner.
What happens next? I recall there was a bit of a row about JFK’s brain also-eventually, it was revealed that it had been misplaced (does anyone know where it ended up)?
Will MJ be cloned from his brain tissue? Or (even worse), wil we face a zombie MJ, determined to ind its brain?

Well, at least Zombie Jackson has a proven track record for being a decent dancer.

Wiped off the back of a 1961 Lincoln Continental with an oily rag, as I understand it.

hehe…I assume I’ll be going to hell for just thinking that. Good to see I’ll have company!

Brain and brain. What is brain?

The elephant man’s ghost takes its revenge?

[edit: apparently the skeleton thing was only a rumor?]

Someone should check ebay?

the brain undergoes a solidifing process, then they slice it, prepare slides and examine it under microscopes. after that is done, what they don’t use can be returned to the family.

…But what are they looking for, exactly? Does this have to do with the autopsy/cause of death?

They would be looking for evidence of bleeding, a clot, necrosis or other damage.

It’s actually been missing for close to 20 years, right?

A mind is a terrible thing to waste

You’re about 20 years out of date with this revelation; for years people have been noting he’s lost his mind.

I read somewhere yesterday (Fox, CNN, Drudge - don’t remember which) that only about 1% of families want the brain returned, which I suppose isn’t surprising since most people wouldn’t want to keep their loved one on ice for several weeks pending the return of the brain. The article also said that the 99% that don’t get returned generally get incinerated.

Creepy-ass user name/post combo.

Oh, drats. I see I was beaten to the punch by our intrepid moderator here. /cry
