Hold on to your seat, Edy’s has introduced for a limited time, Thin Mint and Samoa ice cream! I got them on sale last night and I must say they are quite yummy. I prefer the Samoa as I am a sucker for chocoately coconut treats, but the Thin Mint ice cream is amazing. I may like it better than just the cookies alone!
Plus money goes to the Girl Scouts so you can rationalize it just like the cookies! woo!
And here’s where you tell us it’s LOW FAT!

Just last week we discovered Breyer’s MINT Oreo[sup]TM[/sup] Cookies-n-cream ice cream. One of their specialty lines.
Makes the absolute heaven of milkshakes.

Worse news, it was for a limited time only and should be sold out soon. I know for a fact the local grocery store has a few. If you are really interested, I will look into shipping procedures ( I know the guys at the local Omaha Steak place and they ship so they may be able to help me out)

I found it last year, so I was watching for it to arrive along with Girl Scout Cookie time. drool I have a full carton in my freezer…hmm…it may be an ice cream dinner tonight.

For about two months I ate a big bowl of ice cream every day for lunch.
I couldn’t figure out why I was so tired at 3pm every day. Someone had to explain to me that it might have something to do with the ice cream.
I miss that habit.
It was one of those delicious Alaskan ice cream thingies that Jersey Maid has. I think it was Moose Tracks.

I actually got a low fat version of the Girl Scout peanut butter cookies ice cream. I didn’t care for it. My roommate liked it. I think the diet peanut butter turned me off. Peanut butter is always something I have had a good taste for. Growing up, I could never stomach the Acme brand. Only Jiff or Peter Pan or Skippy.
I will have to look for the regular version tonight at the store. If they don’t have that,thie Breyer’s Mint Oreo is very intriguing, and it has been forever since i have made a milkshake at home.
