For the last couple of years, it seems that both autumn and spring have taken vacations around here. I mean, at the end of last winter, and its single digit temperatures, all of a sudden the whole climate drastically changed into almost summer-like weather practically overnight.
As well, last week, in my neck of the woods, the high temps were in the low 80’s and the lows in the mid to lower 60’s. Fast forward to a couple days later and the highs are in the lower 40’s and the lows in the upper 20’s and all forecasts seem to suggest that this the beginning of winter. The forecast is staying the same for the forseeable future.
Where the hell did fall go?! Does anybody know its whereabouts? Is this a widespread phenomenon that’s been playing out everywhere? Is this some symptom of global climate change or could it be some El Nino/La Nina effects? Am I just being paranoid?!
I’m sure this could become a GD territory if we’re not careful, so let’s keep it GQ.
