mlerose and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day

These are the things that happened to me yesterday.

  1. My property management company screwed up AGAIN and didn’t take my rent out of my account when they were supposed to, on the first. I thought they had and I spent money this weekend, only to find out yesterday that they didn’t take my rent out until yesterday. Meaning my banking is all off and they may have made me overdrawn. Did they apologize? Did they do anything to compensate? No, I had to call my mom and have her put some money in my account so I wouldn’t be overdrawn, and I HATE having to ask other people for money.

  2. My temp agency contacted ME instead of my supervisor when they couldn’t read my emailed timecard. Of course, I didn’t have my phone with me, so I didn’t find out til I got home and they were already closed. This means that I won’t get paid this week because the payroll woman didn’t bother to contact my supervisor on Friday when she couldn’t read his email, and my contact person at the temp agency was out of the office on Friday. So because of her and her policy (“I don’t contact anyone outside the agency for timecard and payroll problems” ), I won’t get paid for another fucking week.

  3. The panel interview I had on Thursday–they must have already had a person they wanted, because they sent my rejection letter on Thursday (I got it yesterday). I didn’t even have a chance. Why did they bother to have me even come in if they knew they were already going to hire someone else? It was a waste of my time and money.

FUCK YOU PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! FUCK YOU STAFFING AGENCY! FUCK YOU SECOND-RATE CRAPPY-ASS UNACCREDITED ART SCHOOL!!!

                  Fuckers.

Bad days suck, don’t they?

What’s up with #1 though? Don’t you keep a bankbook that tells you how much money is there for you to spend, regardless of what date the rent is withdrawn?
