I want an air compressor too. And I’m going to put in a 220V outlet to handle it. At least, that’s what my Dad tells me to do. For my needs, I’m sure I can get away with one that runs on normal 115V house current. I don’t have any air tools, and I don’t have any plans to inflate a parade float anytime soon.

Of course you need an air compressor that runs on 220V. What would be the point of having one if you don’t have a great honkin’ big one! 115V, sheesh! You might as well just go buy a bicycle pump.

That, and the only place in my neighborhood to find KK donuts is inside a gas station, and they’re usually a day or two old. I’m with you, rosie.

I’ve got a couple - three shirts like that. Not like yours, most of my shirts like yours are actually blue. I mean shirts that are for Very Special Occasions.
To really appreciate the goodness that is KK, you need to be drunk at 4 A.M. on Sunday morning, standing there waiting for hot fresh donuts to come rollin’ out. Errr… at least, that’s what I heard cause everybody knows I wouldn’t have any first hand experience like that at all. Nope. Not me. Never did that. And you can’t prove it, So There!

So, yesterday morning my sister had her four wisdom teeth removed, just like I did back in March. But where mine were in good shape, hers were not. So where I was out of it for half a day, she was bleeding and in pain all day yesterday, and she’ll be in pain all day today. She took a vicodin this morning, and it seems to be helping. Her teeth were impacted,
I’ll be going out later to get another gamecube controller (all of ours seem to break regularly), and probably to rent a movie, since both of my siblings and I are home today. Other than that, more lounging around.

well he’s not mine. he’s my sister’s if he’s anyone’s. But she has school today and I don’t and so I get to freak out over him for a few hours all by myself and try to restrain myself from naming him and deciding that he’s really mine.

Tell your sister that the first 48 hours are usually the worst, and it slowly gets better after that. And then, when you reach that magical seventh day, everything’s fine.
Ah. I get it. Your Memorial Day is sort of like Remembrance Day, except we don’t get Remembrance Day off. We ought to. It’s Important. It’s the day that Armistice was declared.
Maybe I’ll stop by Tim Horton’s on my way to work and pick up doughnuts for International Doughnut Day. Observe the proper spelling. “Donut”. Hmph. About half my co-workers think I’m insane, but I do my best to keep them informed about all the inportant holidays- International Talk Like A Pirate Day, International Cheese On Toast Day, The Glorious Declaration of Independence of Treacle Mine Road etc.
I was going to do laundry before work, but I think I’ll clean the bathroom, tidy, and make soup for the weekend.
LiLi International Donut Day. I like it even better! The good thing about a day like this is, it can be declared whenever anybody feels like it. It’s one of those celebrations that can happen anytime. Spats what goes better with a movie than donuts! Ok, popcorn, sure, but why not both?
Joe Dawg’s daddy is home. As a reward for nanny duties, I’m being taken to dinner tonight. Ok, ACBG gets to come too, but it’s really just for me. I chose Dead Lobster cause they have their 30 shrimp special goin’ on and I want me some shrimp scampi for some reason. Been thinking about it all week. Actually I don’t need a reward for being Joe Dawg’s nanny cause I’m right fond of the satanic little pshcyo critter. Still, it’s nice to be taken to dinner so I shall be taken to dinner.
Gnat friend is still buggin’ me about last weekend. I reiterated the fact that he can either shut the hell up about it or shut the hell up about it, his choice. I even got mean and said that if he so much as started whinging about it tomorrow I’ll kick him outta my pool. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY!!! The pool area has been declared a no whinging area.
forgive me, swampy, but what is Mean Ol’ Mr Gnat complaning about? I must have missed that post. I don’t know any of my neighbors well enough to buzz or be buzzed. It’s a mixed blessing
Here I am starting my four day weekend. Unfortunately, I do not have any doughnuts/donuts on hand. I am not going to go out and get any either.
Today’s plans call for cleaning the house. Isn’t that exciting?! Yeah, I don’t think so either.

I’m sitting here sipping coffee from Germany. It’s rich, tasty, and strong; just the way I like it.
Tomorrow’s plans call for more cleaning, taking the boat down to the stereo place to get our stereo reinstalled, going to the dump, and having people over in the evening. Plus, the hubby wants to pick up another shelving unit for the garage. We have way too much crap in there and it needs to be organized again.
I have nothing else exciting or mundane to report. Oh, I did sleep in until about 8:30 this morning. But I woke up at 2:30, then 3:00, then 5:00, and then 7:00, so it’s not like I got to sleep straight through. I was a little tired.
I’m going to cruise the Dope for just a little more and then start cleaning.
