More people should know about and be playing FALLEN LONDON

Hi. I’m Chris. You might remember me from popular and long game threads such as “I’ve found the most addicting game on the internet [Cookie Clicker]” and “I’ve found the second most addicting game on the internet [Trimps]”. Two for two so far, so allow me to introduce to you now….

FALLENLONDON (formerly EchoBaazar).

THIS GAME/SITE IS AMAZING. I’ve been playing it for over ten years now. It’s a huge (infinitely, it seem) INTERACTIVE, ONLINE CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE GAME crossed WITH DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS….if that were played solo, that is.

Amazing writing, stories, concepts, fictional characters

AND SO MANY CHOICES, STORYLINES, POSSIBLE ENDINGS, ITEMS, STATS, MENACES, AND ATTRIBUTES, you won’t know where to start first.

Trust me on this…. or @iiandyiiii , who is one of the members I actually got to play it and stick around in it a few months ago…..it’s a damn fine, interesting game. It will keep you exploring and making choices for months and years to come. It’s a very, very large game world with so much to do.

Just go explore it for an hour, even, and if it’s not your cup of tea, then no need to ever return.

I predict many of you may become like me, though…..addicted.

ANDY, you still play?

I haven’t played in a long while - maybe I’ll get back into it at some point.

I do recommend it - it’s a very, very creative game, with a unique setting and story. But it does demand a fair bit of time to really get into.

I remember playing this many years ago. You inspired me to start again!

Is Fallen London related to Sunless Sea? I have played the latter.

No. It’s set in the same universe, but is completely different. Sunless sea you move around in. Fallen London is totally text based, although you are informed of items you get (and have an auto place for them) and you can make choices.

Just in the same universe and made by the same company.
