I already emailed an admin about killing off ‘Ottto’. But just to be a smart ass, it doesn’t seem to say anything about 2 id’s in the registration agreement :slight_smile:

Seriously though, once I realized that there were several otto-variations, I created a new address to avoid confusion between Ottto and Otto. I am not playing some sort of hijinks here, feel free to kill ‘Ottto’ if you can do it.

I suppose it would be uncharitable for them to ban you simply because of your poor skills at comprehension, although I do suspect it will save time.

But hey, you would know, when a valid debate is beyond your ability, it is much easier to simply change the debate then actually answer any questions posed by it.

Actually, the overwhelming majority of posters, here, disagree with nearly all the idiocy that is spread around here–hence this thread.

You will note, if you bother to look, that there are strong proponents of right-wing, left-wing, and alternative politics, proponents and opponents of many approaches to world peace, terrorism, human relations, religious beliefs (or unbelief), and even science. So far, you have not actually demonstrated a grasp (i.e., actual knowledge) regarding the topic of many subjects (if any subject) on which you have posted.

Since most of your posts have tended to brand large groups of people with simplistic (and antagonistic) slogans, the word racist has been applied to your posts. Since you prefer invective to discussion, you reap what you sew. C’est le vie.

You are right. I do not make coherent arguments in my posts. I state my desired objective, but I do not flesh-out my position, and make it a viable point of view. I realise, after some re-reading, that I come off sounding like a fool. I am not a fool, and I will show that by presenting actual facts and defensable opionions. I participate on several technical discussion boards; this is the first that I have resorted to ad hominem attack on, and they will end. (Except for in the Pitt, of course!)

As for the Ottto/Brutus affair, yep. I screwed that one as well. It is in Admin’s hands now, and however they settle it is more then fair, as I obviously did not read the proper rules FAQ. I did not even know about it until Tomndeb posted the link. I do particapte in several discussion groups; I should have know to read the rules before jumping in and acting like a smart ass.

Like I said, I am not a fool, but I have been working like a fool this past week or so (I despise Oracle and Exchange with all my heart and soul, but they do pay the bills). Blame the caffeine or lack of sleep. Not all Croatians are like me :slight_smile:

I will not be posting for a while. (Vacation!), then, whether I am Ottto or Brutus (Hopefully Brutus), I will come back, much calmer, and far more coherent.

Well, if you come back with logical arguments buttressed by facts, I will not claim that you will be greeted like family (well, maybe the brother-in-law we always fight with at Thanksgiving), but we should be able to keep the discussions in GD and out of the Pit.

Let’s break this down a little further, folks.

Ottto believes that
I The Ulster Unionist Party are terrorists (or support terrorism)
II anyone who targets innocent people is a terrorist
III terrorists should be killed.

It therefore follows that Ottto believes that
IV Members of the Ulster Unionist Party should be killed.

Now, as everyone else here is aware, belief I is incorrect. Which means that, with belief IV, Ottto is targetting innocent people. Which further means that, according to his own rules, Ottto himself is a terrorist (II) and should be killed (III).

Hey, it’s more logical than anything he’s posted.
