I’ve just recently starting playing the original Mortal Kombat for Sega Genesis again. I can’t seem to do Kano’s fatality to save my life. I know the move is back, down back, down, down forward, forward, low punch, but is it supposed to be one fluid motion forward or do you have to it each direction separately? Do you hit low punch at the same time you forward or just after you hit forward? Does anyone here know how to do Kano’s fatality?
Mortal Kombat’s style of button-mashing, in my experience, tended to require separate motions as opposed to the shiny rival Street Fighter which needed more fluid motions. So try and tap each direction distinctly separately (including the punch). Don’t leave too long in between each tap obviously.
