You are forcing me to dredge up memories I would rather not have in my head and I hold you responsible for the nightmares I will have tonight, but there was an episode of Buck Rogers where because of a shortage of pilots Twiki was put into a cockpit as a combat pilot. I remember him bleating in that horrible Twiki electronic voice “Eat lead, sucker,” (really illogical since their guns were lasers). It’s just one of those childhood memories you don’t easily recover from.

There was another robot on Doctor Who who shows up on companion lists even though altogether it had maybe twenty minutes of screen time. And that was fortunate because it was a most annoying robot. Kamelion, remember him? What a stupid idea.
