I found the impaling by a silver dollar funny. Especially when he greets a woman by tipping it as if it was a hat.
Oh god, I know!! I thought it was just me, but I don’t know why. Anything with people swallowing things from other orifices, besides the mouth (yes, they allude to this on “Home Movies” once) creeps me out.
The Lenny and Carl eye spring thing- ugh.
Anything going into the skin. Like when they have to squeeze every penny- and Homer squeezes so hard, his penny goes into his hand and travels up his arm. And another episode where a butterfly/moth does the same.
Agnes and CBG getting it on = <shudder fest>
When did Kirk get his arm sliced off? Halloween episode?
No. It’s the episode in which Marge becomes a Realtor®, and Homer buys Snake’s car from a prison auction. Snake really wants Li’l Bandit back, so he sets up a number of traps. One of them is piano wire strung between two trees. He hopes to kill Homer, but Homer sees something on the floor of the car and reaches down to get it, just missing being killed. Kirk Van Houten drives by, saying something about a picnic. One of his arms is outstreched, holding a sandwich. As he drives by the piano wire, this hand is chopped off, but he doesn’t seem to notice. The Kirk portion of this scene is removed for time purposes* in syndication, however, Kirk can still be seen with a cast on his arm in the final scene.
*By “time purposes,” I mean the old “cut and compress.” Remember. The more commercials we show, the more money we make! Ha ha ha ha ha!
But the Kirk scene was so funny!
"I distinctly asked for this sandwich to be cut!!”
::his entire arm gets cut off::
::long pause::
“Ow!”
Oh, I change my visual vote to when Homer gets hit by the bag of pus and medical waste driving from New York. I had forgotten about that.
In the Harry Potter one, where “Slithers” swallows Mr Burns’s corpse.
Ugh.
“Look, Maggie lost her baby legs!”
Oh. Thanks, mobo85, I’ve only seen the episode in syndication, so that must be why I missed it. Sounds nasty…shudder
Also, when Santa’s Little Helper has that horrid twisted stomach, when Maggie pokes at his eye and he just lies there, that always freaked me out a bit, when I was younger. And unshaven Patty and Selma.
Halloween a few years back when Homer runs over Ned Flanders.
Homer pokes him in the eye with a stick a few times to see if he’s dead. Yuck
IIRC at the end of the episode Ned (a werewolf) pretty graphically eats homer which was gross too.
I vote for the rat milk, but one that was hilariously disturbing was when Homer was crying about the death of his pet lobster, Mr. Pinchy, while he was eating him…
When Homer starts a daycare center and Ralph (I think it was Ralph) touches his injured knee, which promptly heals over his hand. What someone else already mentioned, when Homer develops eye-crusts.
Also, when Hans Moleman tries to kiss Selma, and they show a close-up of his face. Scary.
Oh, yeah: Halloween episode. Homer uses Frink’s teleporter to get a beer from the fridge, grabs the cat’s ear medicine instead.
“Ohhhhhh…Aaaaaahhhhh…man that’s good beer.”
And how have we forgotten Bart paying Lenny and Carl to kiss?
When that green fog turns them all inside and then SLH attacks Bart and begins dragging him all around. Ewwwww.
I’m not sure exactly which category it’s in but Homer getting raped by the panda(implied not shown) was really wierd.
Avoid this South Park episode.
Back to the topic, I vote for the eye springs.
Oh, yeah, definitely. The sound was so bad on that one. And thanks to the wonders of TiVo, my husband played that scene over and over for me.
Sheri
the teleporter episode…where bart turns into a fly and vice versa. homer kisses “fly bart” on the head and a gross green ooze pulls away on his lips.
ick.
Wow. Who knew we were all so freaked out by the Simpons?
Am I the only one grossed out by the whole “recycle the grease from the cafeteria” episode? Even the premise creeps me out, much less what actually happened.
You mean The Simpsons doesn’t evoke extremely powerful emotions in you? Did you sell your soul for 5 bucks to your nerdy friend who ends up trading it for Alf pogs?
He’s back, in pong form…
