At least that is what I can deduce by the obsessive crotch grabbing that I see from them and their followers. Anyone else notice this?

Satisfy my fantasy…how often do you look for crab’s in famous people’s crotches?
Mama, I wish I did it more often with Santa Claus or Ed Asner, but alas I am unable. It seems neither of them are given crotch shots often on television for my prying eyes to see. Although, the one Santa I know here has a 0 guage PA but I doubt that either him or his lover have crabs.

Hey, it’s our right as men to grab our crotches. They are one of the great things we are born with, and we can play with them or move them around as we please. There is nothing wrong with it!!! You can’t take that away from us (the Bobbit’s aside)!!!

I always just thought it was a nervous habit, like they were just checking to make sure that this wasn’t some horrible nightmare where they exchange their wang for eternal fame. But crabs would make just as much sense. 
Hmmmm!
And I always thought it was diaper rash.
