Mother's Day Forecast

Up to a foot of snow in Denver/Boulder tomorrow. It is not unusual for it to snow here in May, but the amounts they are talking about are astounding. Some places in the foothills could see up to three feet.

It’s a perfect storm situation with copious amounts of moisture being pumpd in from the gulf meeting cold northesterly winds pushing the moisture right into the mountains. Welcome to May 11th. The central plains states will be seeing a lot of severe weather over the next few days (tornados, not snow.)

Two feet at my house on Hoosier Pass (South of Breckenridge). Gonna take off a little early today to plow. It’s gonna be a mess with the muddy roads.
